Right leave it dirty. Trunk space stays the same either way.

I park in a parking garage with no hose to wash my car.

I switched to using optimum no rinse wash and wax and use that on the car once per week. It takes under 15 minutes to do the whole car and comes out just as clean as a soapy suds wash. Easy maintenance..

I am in same exact situation. I will be using that in my next washes. Are detailing your car (full with clay bar..etc) once an year?

I've been using a rinse-less w/ 2 bucket method for a few months now and it works just fine. I used to have access to a hose, but this new apartment complex is too darn strict on who can and cannot use the facility's hose.

For slight soil and dust deposits, this method does the trick. I too, drive my M as a daily & park in a parking garage (open aired) at home and work. It is what it is, it's going to get dirty. But ultimately washing and waxing is to increase the longevity and quality of the paint. So a little dirt and dust never hurts...

Try this...go on amazon and order a gallon of concentrate (optimum, CG, pinnacle) and try it out for your self! They're all really easy to use and dilute to make a ton! Plus it'll probably cost ya around $20.

clay bar once a year and a hand wax/glaze every 6 months or so.

I'd like to do a full paint correction + paint coating but that starts around $1500 around here..

Call it OCD or whatever it is but I can't own a car like M3 without keeping it clean and I am giving up doing this every single week.

Does anyone have this problem?
I drive 2 or 3 times either on Saturday or Sunday, I don't keep my garage door open too long in week days, So car always brand-new clean. If i go out and park outside it usually doesn't get too much dust in few hours. So i come back home and park the car. Clean the wheels with a damp microfiber to get the dust out. And use a black detailer spray or black spray wax with the microfiber to maintain. I usually wash every other month and "Nu Wax" every 6 months. My car is 2008 and still looks like 2015. Btw never driven in the rain

Well considering the engine spun a rod bearing two months after I bought it- hell yeah I'm thinking about resell value! I still love the car, even more now with a new engine...

I used meguires interior cleaner on my last M3, and it seemed to accelerate the deterioration of the rubber coating on all of the plastic trim... So far my new M3's interior still looks good... I'm sticking with the filtered water...

If they're #OilTycoons they can afford better AC - and then better heaters when the earth eventually freezes over.
