The Avant Garde 359M is a low pressure casting like the OEM ZCP wheels. In fact the weight are within 1lb of each other AG vs. OEM. I have obviously OEM wheels but I would not have any issues with the AG wheels, except one.

If you want to run GTS sizes (255/35/19 & 285/30/19) the fronts may rub. As the aggressive offset 18mm offset vs. the OEM ZCP front wheel of 31mm may rub because of the taller 255/35/19 tire.

I have M359's and think they are great for the money. The finish on them however is quite delicate. I started noticing a few chips on my wheels after about 2 months of use, then they got larger and one of them started to peel. mod-bargains offered to do warranty on them but i wanted them powedercoated gloss black anyways so i just coated them. Ive hit a few pot holes, done a couple of laps around the track and have not had a single issue with them except for the paint.

Here is how they looked:

And how they look now with a bit more drop and -camber.

Great thread. I'm interested to know what you guys think would be better option as well, powder coating the oem zcp wheels or just purchasing AG M359?

I had the same dilema, I went with the zcp and did not coat, it seems coating the zcp kills the resale value so I would get the ag if coating.
