All doors locking fail after replacing 1 actuator. Fault code 009CBC

Just replaced my front passenger lock actuator because only that door had a locking fail. I installed the replacement and I tested the lock while the door panel was still not attached and everything worked fine. I reattached the door panel and trim and now none of the doors lock or unlock, the passenger exterior door handle does not open the door and I am receiving the fault code "009CBC Short or open door contacts the front / Short circuit fault 1" No idea what I did wrong. I then took the door panel off again to check all connections and everything seems to be correct. Any comments are appreciated. Thank you
