Quick price check: 2011 e92 M3 6MT Jerez Black

Never thought this day would even be considered, but I'm slightly considering selling my '11 e92 M3 6MT in Jerez Black, but I haven't been keeping up with BMW/M3's since like 2016ish so I have no idea what these go for nowadays. Curious to see if y'all wanna help with that.

Year: 2011
Chassis: e92
Transmission: 6MT
Color: Jerez Black
Mileage: 111,000 (+1000/-0)
Purchase date: 9/10/11, purchased new/factory ordered
Interior: Black Novillo Leather
Single owner. Kept records of most/if not all service done since ownership.
Spec sheet attached. Attached my car history as well.

But summary of changes:
  • ESS tune, specific to Akraprovic evolution exhaust
  • Akraprovic evolution full exhaust
  • UUC short shift kit
  • KW V3 coilovers and corner balanced (albeit some 30k miles ago)
  • Rod bearings changed by Malek from MFR: ARP2000 bolts w/ VAC bearings at 90k
  • Water pump replaced
  • Thermostat replaced
  • Starter replaced
  • Pulleys and tensioners replaced
  • ARC-8 wheels, 9.5 front, 10.5" rear
  • A/S3+ tires w/ less than 6k miles
  • Paint needs correction if you wanna get it back to its full potential, but overall is possible
  • front bumper needs a repaint from a small bump
  • front bumper had a euro reflector delete so it's flush
  • Turner aluminum skid plate
  • SS brake lines
  • Minor damage on the front bumper that was repaired back in 2015 from running over a shredded tire on the road (rubber roadkill or whatever it's called)
  • Both throttle actuators replaced with OEM (I originally tried replacing the gears and refurbing the control boards in 'em, but they failed so back to OEM)
  • Rotors replaced right before 100k warranty expired at 99.6k

Basically babied it as much as I could when on the streets and kept up with servicing as much as possible--recommend trans fluid, diff fluid, and power steering fluid at 115k.

It has seen some track time, I'd estimate 6 - 8 track days. I'm in novice group so it didn't get pushed to its full potential.

Interior is crazy good. No pictures yet, so I understand if an exact estimate can't be made but I'd honestly say it's 7.5-8/10. Tinting all windows (20% rear, 50%front windows, 99% windshield) has probably helped as well as conditioning with Leatherique. Backseats rarely used also.

Hardwired dashcam not like you care, but it's there.

Curious to see what you guys think the price range would be. I know there aren't photos, but I babied it and tried to keep it detailed as much as possible. Never seen an automated carwash--always two bucket method or reputable detailer. Never seen anything less than 91 octane.

Market prices would probably have it in the low $20s but agreed that with full maintenance, one owner and bearings if it's in great condition around $25k is probably around the range. Someone will pay a premium for a car with a clean documented history even if you get tons of low ballers.

Thanks guys! Just gotta figure out if it's worth it to get its paint corrected before putting it up for sale now.

A proper paint correction can cost upto 3k.

I would either correct it myself, or just slap a good wax on it and call it a day.

I'd sell the Akra exhaust separately and list it for $25k
