front left wheel well

When I bought my e93m3 back in January, there was a broken piece missing from the the fender liner. The car is on standard edc suspension and was on OEM 220 wheels, standard sized tires.

I replaced the broken panel when I transferred the brakes from my M2C along with the f80 camber correction front knuckles and used my M788 rims from the M2C as well in order to clear the calipers. The only difference from the M359 rims is that these are ET29 instead of ET31. Yesterday at full lock turning right i heard some noise.

So what the hell, am I supposed to accept OEM wheel rub? Never heard of such a thing.

Anybody would care to chime in ?

EDIT: The car came with an ESS VT1 kit with the RE-0810PK filter.
