Left low beam Malfunction

So a few weeks ago I had been getting condensation in my headlight. Naturally my left low beam stopped working. Immediately knew it was my ballast. Got it switched out and boom works. Now it had been getting more condensation and then that ballast died, I put a new one in and resealed my headlights.

During this I believe my car had been dealing with battery issues (clamps weren't tight on terminals) so I was getting codes, flickering lights until I got "left low beam malfunction & left blinker out" error. New ballast in.. nothing.

So I've put two new ballast in, clamped down the battery, checked output, and even reset FRM. But still not getting the left low beam and left blinker to work. Needing some help on this
