Could use a 12mm spacer, but since it will have -3.5 camber, it will work great.

The extra camber will do a lot for the fitment.
What suspension does the car have to need the 15mm spacer?

Same tire

What a tire

Will likely switch the spacers

FYI, -3.6 camber front
Would there be any fender rub up front running 275/35/18 on 18x9.5 +22 wheels ? I've got stock non ZCP suspension.

No. 18x9.5et22 with a 275/35-18 tire are a commonly used wheel and tire size. I actually run that exact combination and there’s no rubbing issues.
