Which is why I'm still curious to hear from someone who has gone from an E46 M3 Convertible to an E93 Convertible...

Thanks again for everyone's help,
Jeremy[/QUOTE]

As mentioned in prior post had a 2003 e46m3 smgII and now have started using my e93m3 dct as a daily driver and all I can say in a concise fashion, is more refinement, tighter, more gadgets(m drive/edc etc), and MUCH better transmission with the only real drawback being feels slightly heavier(not much) and has a little worse fuel economy.

Bottom line, if you liked the e46m3 smg you will not be dissapointed with the e93m3 dct, so go out and get it!!!

E90/92: one of the best all-around practical sports car money can buy

E93: an awsome GT with "a soundtrack M3 coupe owners will never experience... it sounds harder, angrier" (Car July 2008)

go test drive the car. that's the best way to decide.

I should have asked this a while ago but does anyone know a dealer in Los Angeles (preferably Westside or South Bay) that will actually let you test drive an E93 M3 w/DCT? Odds are slim to none...
