Congrats to you!!! The previous owner should have never been allowed to drive that car, so I'm happy that you were able to rescue it and bring it back to it's current state. I'm tuning in to see the rest of the progress.

Got some more parts in. Hopefully, I'll be able to get these on tomorrow. Next mod will likely be exhaust, if any one is selling Eisenmann Race exhaust let me know!

Been a while since an update but progress has been made. I got the PFC V3 rotors with Z rated pads on and also flushed with ATE Typ 200 fluid. A nice improvement over stock. I also got my painted OEM Euro bumper from IND along with refreshed headlights, competition style rear spoiler in 1x1 CF and black kidney grilles. Finally starting to look nice!

Next will be some maintenance, I believe my thermostat is going out so I'm going to replace the thermostat, lower radiator hose (already replaced upper), temp sensors and upgrade to a GT4 water pump. Probably also do valve cover gaskets, coils, plugs and maybe paint the valve covers something OEM+ at the same time.

Next round of mods will likely be OEM LCI tail lights, some type of front lip/splitter in 1x1 (nothing wild), Bimmerworld catless X-pipe and BPM stage 2 tune.

Enjoy some pictures, what a difference!

Looks great! The euro bumper just deletes the washer nozzles and reflectors, correct?

This is such a charming thread, and one I certainly wouldn't expect to have seen for even still a couple years; however considering the E92 M is now 10-years old it may become more of a "regular" occurrence, and that makes for great journeys (not to mention more of these awesome restoration threads!)

Keep up the awesome work! A few months into this process and it already looks like an entirely different vehicle.

Thank you all for all the kind comments! It's been a journey for sure. At this point I'd like to focus more on track time so the mods will be on hold as COTA is expensive! Maintenance will flow as usual.
