Lease question
Does anyone know how much the dealer charges for "Bank Fees" in the state of California.
I am getting a quote of 930. Does that seems right to anyone? |

My spreadsheet, which I set up for a California lease, uses $575. Personally, I think that is too high. I think it is a catch all. Especially considering you are probably getting a BMWFS lease which means the bank fees should be zilch.

I thought to myself : what is a bank fee? I mean i was in the industry before, and never heard of such. This one particular dealer wants to charge me 975 for bank fee. I am like what!!!!> I think I might tell him, if this is finance mgr fee, you can kiss my butt. I'll pay you 400 but not 975.

Is the "bank fee" the lease acquisition fee? BMWFS charges $725, and dealer may mark it up $200. Are you sure they're saying $930?
