2008 E90 BMW M3,6MT, Speed cloth seatswith 114K miles. Car is in excellent shape mechanically and cosmetically. I am the 5th owner and have had the car for the last 2 years. This is my second M3 and 3rd E9X vehicle and I'm looking to sell because I'm not driving it as much as I'd like.

I bought the car in Oct 2017 from Stevens Creek BMW and at the time of purchase the car had new tires and brakes. They did not provide me with the Service records from previous owners but I had the car inspected by my mechanic and they only thing that I noticed was that it had a KW Coil-over suspension (Which I preferred, as I had upgraded both my previous E9X's suspensions)

During the last 2 years I have changed Oil with Liqui Moly every 6 months and also did the following:

1) Replaced left bank throttle actuator
2) Replaced fuel vent valve
3) Installed a new K&N Air filter last month

Other than that the car runs like new and handles really well. The only issues with vehicle are minor and they are:

1) The gas struts for the hood need to be replaced. I bought both and are ready to be replaced.

Before you all ask, the Rod bearings have not been replaced. The price reflects that and I believe that whoever is looking for this car will understand that. Any serious buyer will probably prefer to have their trusted shop perform this work anyway.
