DIY: Changing Ignition Coils without any special tool

I got an overwhelming response on my throttle body rebuild DIY. Heres on before this one. I changed my spark plugs and bought that stupid coil remover tool. That tool ended up breaking two of my coils. So I had to figure out a way to get the coils out. Come to find out....it's easier than you think. I can do the rest of the coil removal DIY if people are interested.

That's crazy. Did you twist the coils before pulling to break them loose? Make sure to pull them straight out and not to the side.
