Im having the same issue as well, 3 weeks on GTS tune but I dont think thats the culprit as many have ruled that out. I got a Transmission temp warning though so a number of techs think its a faulty Temp Sensor.

Hopefully you'll have more input on this.

I'm interested but also curious about this product. Doesn't ELM327 scanner and a phone app do the same thing?

Yes it does, using Carly myself. One thing may be that at least Carly doesn't provide momentary data but update with whatever frequency. For what its worth you can also see voltage before and after the monitor device and alternator current. The latter I found useful now and then.

I dont think it could be the GTS flash cause my buddy did it same night as me and his car never did this its been like 2-3 months now.

Throttle position sensor, DCT ECU, Alternator Output voltage, mismatched software between engine and tranny all come to mind. If you can't or don't want to read the codes yourself then find a good local independent shop with a code reader.
I have scanned it already with the Schwaben tool I purchased off ECS Tuning. All the codes are on the original post on the first page.

What version of the DME are you running?
I'm going to flash back to stock and reflash it

Both. If it stops happening then you'll know it was one of them.

Just FYI to other folks, I had Alex flash the GTS tune, but I dont have an engine tune (did not install the alpine one yet). Based on this thread, it may be that the stock DME version and the GTS tune is not a compatible version? Can someone confirm?

Are you experiencing the same issues with the Alpine GTS tune as the OP. Afraid I don't have any advice but just curious as I am considering that GTS tune.

I wanted to do the DCT GTS tune too, but after reading I’m not sure now.

Yes, my car was flawless prior to flashing to the GTS tune. I think it's the cars DME software is not updated and thus not compatible with the GTS flash. But I need someone more experienced to confirm this.

I could not go into drive, reverse but neutral was ok. it was a very violent back and forth with the engine stalling out. I thought it was a battery issue, Rallye BMW told me to change the battery because they really dont think the GTS flash should've impacted anything....I asked SalM and he stated that his battery was new and it still happened to him. He never flashed back to GTS after.

I’d contact Alex and perhaps he can see what sort of errors you are getting and go from there. Let us know how it goes.

I highly recommend it . The issue were having is our ecu and tcu are on different software versions so its not communicating well. GTS flash is great and I highly recommend it.

Alex took a look, and my DME is 240. Seems like it's not a version issue. I got a bunch of codes back:
