Color Wheel on JZ Black

Havin a really hard time trying to decide which color rims to get on my Jerez Black E93, options are between a clean polished, matte black, or gloss black. My grill is currently matte black but would be willing to change it to a gloss black too. Also any opinions on what color side grills to get would be greatly appreciated!! Int. color is fox red! I'm so lost hahahha someone help please!

I would go with Matte. Gloss wheels tend to me to look like there are no wheels on the car. They get "lost'. IMO

get a drop and add gunmetal or drop it and leave on stock rims.

I have the stock 18s that are more of a gunmetal/gray look and I think they work well with the Jerez. I am thinking anthracite when I go to get wheels, just because black on black kind of gets lost in my opinion.

here is semi-gloss powderocated wheels on my jet black e90.
the wheels are semi dirty. the shop i got them done at calls them "matte black" but they really have about 30% gloss in them. turned out perfect for what i wanted

I have an E93 JZ Black too... was thinking of getting the VMR VB3, but havent decided between silver and gunmetal. I think matte or gloss black is too black.. At the moment I am leaning towards silver. I have original grilles.

I have a JZ Black E90 M3 and think silver would "pop" more. It would look really striking. Anthracite or gunmetal is also OK, but won't set the car off visually. Either works, but silver stands out much more than gunmetal. I attempted to change my ARC-8 order from antracite to silver but never got a response. Can't go wrong either way.

I wouldn't go matte black on Jerez. I like hyperblack (nice one Joe) or gunmetal).

matte black on jerex would get "lost" I like the gunmetal option, or the alloy on the stock 19" rims...just stands out so nice on a sunny day against that sweet JZ black

those 18's are so badass (I love the look/functionality of the fat tires), and hyperblack is definitely the best color for those wheels. goes perfectly with your car

^^^I'm in the same boat as many of you. Can't decide if I want the contrast of Hyper Black or Gun Metal against my Jet Black E90. I keep leaning back to the aggressive look of Matte Black wheels against a Jet Black car.

Look at the pic in my signature. I was running gunmetal color HREs with my JB. I just sold them and now went to a matte wheel with gloss lip. My winter setup is stock 18s painted satin black. I'll see if I can get a picture of those.

Funny, I also have a Jerez Black, Fox Red E93 and was wondering the same thing about wheels. I like the Volk TE 37 SL's and thought of matte black or gunmetal. I have CF splitters on the front that I am debating painting Jerez Black if I go with matte black wheels or keeping it as is with gunmetal wheels and eventually maybe a CF diffuser for balance of the look as the gunmetal is so close in color to the CF detail. Whatever has a clean, balanced look.

The powdercoated stock wheels look really nice. How much does the powerdercoating cost (approx.?)

I've attached a few examples of our R10 wheel in a Matte Black Center/Gloss Black lip combo, Matte Black Center/Gloss Black Step Lip combo and the Matte Black Center/Polished Step Lip combo! I personally think any of these combos would look great on a JB M3!

The stock 2010, 2011 silver 18" wheels look good with Jerez. I was pleasantly surprised when my 2011 arrived. Consider a silver wheel like BBS CH for Jerez.

They all look good with JZB. The colors I like least are black and matte black. The color I like most and chose for my aftermarket wheels is hyper silver. They really "pop" on the car. Close seconds were gunmetal and hyper black. I have the stock gunmetal wheels for winter use.
