You have a great car at a great example. Only you can make that decision. Dealers can ask for anything, but are they selling?

All I can say is don't be too greedy. We are in crazy times now , and every persons financial situation is different. I am really happy that these cars are in demand and values are going up.

Good luck with the sale. Looking forward to seeing what you end up deciding.

Yes, they are. Maybe not in 4 hours like some of the more beat up examples, but a low mileage LSB went for near $100k a few weeks ago. The white E90 people trolled at $55k sold after a few months, and I've seen several other dealers flipping these at what forums think are "Excessive" prices.

Remember that some "enthusiasts" are desperately hunting for specific cars at the right deal and there are plenty of Dentists, Car collectors and Wall Street types who will see something shiny and say "ooh I want that". If they like the car then the price really isn't an issue.

Remember how many people walk into dealerships every day and pay MSRP with a few grand in added insurance, warranties, and simonize treatments on top.

These cars are worth what someone is willing to pay, and the sky is the limit. It just depends on the seller as to how much they are willing to sell them for.

I couldn't agree more with you.

Man that's a gem. I've had an F80 but I always get exited when I see an E92 out there. I still want one as an extra car to cruise in rarely. Maybe someday soon. I'd keep it, you may regret selling

Great car. Itís 100% factory, which is a big plus for a collector (someone who would buy this car). If someone wants a modded car...or wants to mod a car, they wonít be a buyer on this car. GLWS. My guess is mid 50ís.

Just an update. Car is sold and not in the $50's. I do appreciate all the comments and trolls and wish the community good luck in the future. I'm sure I'll find myself in another M car in the near future.

By the way, as I told every interested party and troll, this was sold to a dealer and you can now pay significantly more for it if you want it. Should pop up in the coming weeks.

I'd say this car will be listed by a stealership for 75-80k or even up to 85k.

Exactly. The only less informed and more annoying people than on this forum are the ones on Facebook.
