Throttle Actuators Issue

Hi everyone I know this is a very repetitive question/subject although before I make any decision & I want to make sure I am doing the right thing 100%. I have done my research although have not come to a 100% conclusion if I am correct. I believe I need to replace my Bank 2 throttle actuator but I want to be sure.

These are the codes I am getting from Carly diagnosis.

Engine / Motor:
- Fault: Embassy 0x326 (EDC reception status)
- Code: 00CDB7
- Fault: Throttle CAN message bank 2
- Code: 00CDC0
- Fault: Engine emergency program activated
- Code: 002B57

Thanks in advance
