(Note: Vehicle is a Florida car - it was in Miami before I bought it and I just moved to SC 5 months ago from Orlando, FL)

Modifications: None
Extended Warranty: Until October 2018. Bumper to bumper through Assurant - $100 deductible.
Title: Clean Carfax. No lien. Title in hand.

Car is in excellent condition with no mechanical issues. Vehicle was regularly detailed by 'Detail Extreme' in Orlando (CLICK HERE) who specialize in high end vehicles. I now get Carolina Auto Image to look after it (www.carolinaautoimage.com/)

I have all maintenance records for the vehicle. Oil has been changed every 12 months (~5000 miles) during my ownership.

Issues with the car (full transparency):

Scrape of rear bumper (pizza delivery guy scuffed car)
(I'm taking $2500 off my planned sale price so new owner can fix at their preferred shop, and figure this allows for further spray work if needed to blend etc.)

I've had the car 3.5 years, and used primarily as a second car so only in good weather etc. Always garaged, and looked after. Reason for sale is that my wife is expecting (due in 2 weeks - hence my timeline), and I've just bought a new house and SUV for a family car - so unfortunately the M3 is a bit surplus to requirements.

I have a good opportunity to buy a truck that fits my needs right now - so pricing this to get a quick sale. If it doesn't go, I'll be fixing rear bumper scrape and either keeping the car or listing at a considerably higher price.
