I fully intend to sell my M3 when depreciation has bottomed out. My guess is that's another 5 years out and at a pricepoint of $18-$20k as long as I keep my mileage in check (just hit 40k a week ago). Anyway, no threadjack intended... this is a smoking deal if it doesn't get bid up from where it was at last time I checked. Good luck with your sale OP! c

Thanks, looks like it's a done deal. Got two offers for $40 and one that's a bit less but might make my life much easier. Out of the three I'm sure at least one pf them will pan out. I'm sure gonna miss it!

Speaking from personal experience, I'm guessing there will be a lot of people out there who will be gutted that they didn't hear about the sale earlier. That's how it goes sometimes. Early bird and whatnot... Last edited by 3domfighter; 03-19-2013 at 04:08 AM.. Reason: Forgot some shit |

Didn't want to update until it was complete, but checks & docs have been mailed and tracked...someone jumped on the buy it now price that I posted to end the auction. It is going to a forum member who is upgrading an E92 to "family style".

I still can't wrap my head around how the residual is so low on this car. OP any explanation on that?

Most Likely the OP made a big Down Payment + a bit of negotiation off the sticker price.

Unless you lease to own. Therefor less residual the better st time of buy out

His payment wasn't too low, hence the low residual
