Nashville/Memphis real estate
hello all, i know this isn't exactly the off-topic section, but you guys are my target audience...
are any of you real estate investors in the nashville/memphis area? i've been doing some light research and have heard that nashville/memphis, although not really an "up and coming" area, it is stable. i'm looking at buy, hold, and rent single family residences. any specific neighborhoods or areas to keep an eye on? any areas to avoid? i'm not committed yet, but i like to study markets for a while. i'm not a rehabber or flipper, i'm looking for turnkey cashflow. mild repairs ok, but not tear-downs.

Well...
1) Wrong sub-forum. You are looking for the Southeast. 2) Nashville and Memphis are VERY different markets...Nashville actually is in the midst of a bit of a "boom" right now. 3) Can't imagine a lot of people are looking to promote out-of-state/absentee landlord investors in their burg. -Mark in St. Louis |

Damn, it's a little farther over there than I had in my head... I guess it isn't the Midwest. Lol I'll try to get this moved.
Most of the time, I've found successful people are more than willing to help another become successful. We can still take the lion's share and have enough to go around.
