Hi. Do you have spring noise (i don't know how to describe this ) when you release your clutch pedal during shifting the gears slowly ?

Nope, its not like fluttering (I know it and have it also on my car). The noise is coming from the spring on the clutch pedal and its like spring wire noise. When I depress the clutch pedal and release it very slowly I can hear it.

Same issue. There is a two stage spring helping the clutch pedal. Earlier models have a single stage spring. There is a thread on it.
I'm coming up on my next service so I'll have them look at it then. I assume it can simply be greased. |

You should not hear any spring noise when depressing the clutch. I would have that looked at but it could just be worn out.

The noise is there while releasing the clutch, not depressing. And not coming from the clutch itself or transmission, around the clutch pedal area.

My car had this issue and it was actually the pedal spring. The technician changed it during the service. I don't think they charged anything for it, but the dealer had to order it since they didn't have it in stock.
