full gintani will definitely make more power. full gintani vs. full fabspeed w/ stock muffler are two totally different setups with different goals.

I can't comment on Gintani's HFC setup but if you want to go catless I would go with Gintani as it's a fully designed system. One good thing about the Fabspeed is the HJS cats they use do NOT throw a CEL. I believe Gintani's mid-sections make more power than Fabspeed.
