Wheel fitment question

Looking to buy a set of HRE 20in wheels. 9.5 front 11 the rear. 25 offset all around. Would these fit my e92 m3 coupe?
the tires are included and are currently 245/35/20 and 275/30/20. also my car is lowered on a KW HAS kit.

They'll fit fine, but I would get some wider tires unless you like the stretched look. 275 front and 295 rear would be perfect.

thanks. as i understand it, the performance wont be as well and the ride quality will lower. correct? is it dramatic?

20s will degrade both ride quality and performance due to added weight and thinner sidewall. Personally I think they look too large and not proportional, so I'd stick with 19s.
