Sure you should complain to the owner this is a 70K dollar car we are talking about and if your knuckle head CA don't want to help tell the owner you want another or you are going to Walk I am pretty sure they will get their act together then and get you some good info

you're almost there. remember, lots of us had to wait just as long too and most of us got bumped a few weeks which really sucked, but you've made it this far so just wait it out. let your CA know you are really expecting to get your production slot next week.
