What are you guys paying for 09s?

I would like to know where around invoice I should expect to land.... I may take a car that has been sitting on the lot since october 08. Its a 2009 M3 coupe. I may also order a 09 to my exact specs.

What should I expect to pay? Has anyone been able to pay invoice yet?

No DOC fee? I thought all BMW dealerships had a DOC fee (usually it's $400-$500).

I know you said no other fees, but I just wanted to make sure.

back in December i got 1000 over invoice which at the time was pretty good IMO.

why not do an ED and get exactly what you want and save at least 7% or more ?

I have the purchase order and I also specifically stated that I expect there to be no other fees except what was on listed, which was the base price plus all the options, the invoice prices for the options, and cost of taxes tags and title. That was it exactly.

ED has a MSRP and invoice just like the regular US prices. The ED prices are ~7% less than the corresponding US price. Some dealers will say ED MSRP with no negotiation, some dealers will bargain. I'd shop dealers til I got a deal that was around $1500 over ED invoice (which will be around $3-4k under US invoice). Good thing about ED is that you can take redelivery at the Perf Center in SC, so you can buy from any dealer in the US (especially good for people that live in the Southeast).

Damn, wish I had known about that, would've done it in a heartbeat. If you could still negotiate off MSRP, the 7% discount would easily cover airfare, lodging, etc. An awesome experience, at no real cost.

I paid $1,500 over invoice, too. I felt I could have haggled my way to a better deal (and told my CA so), but didn't want to push since the dealer had the exact model I wanted. I searched all over the northwest and the combo I wanted happened to be sitting on this particular dealer's lot. I was happy to take $1,500 over invoice.
