Is 45k sounds reasonable for this car?

Looks like an incredible deal given the value of the mods! I would double check to make sure the seller is planning on including the wheels for that price

As inflated as used car values are these days, that doesn't seem TOO bad given all of the good mods on there and reasonably low miles. Just one question, are the rod bearings something like BE at least? If so, that's definitely one less thing to worry about.

The brakes and wheels alone are close to $20k in value new. It's a great value but imo I'd never buy a E9x without the idrive. I value the usability it gives me and I'm not talking about just navigation. Being able to customize my startup EDC and throttle settings separate from the M button makes the idrive worth it alone. But 45 for this is good value considering recent RB service too. You have receipts for it?

Yes like to guys says sounds like a good deal, and very nice mods too. In my eyes the condition is key though. Mods and investments indicates the car has been taken care of but I'd still inspect shape and service history in detail.

TA is not a big deal you can wait for those to go bad before you replace them
