EDIT: It was brought to my attention the mileage on the AutoCheck did not line up chronologically on 4/13/2015 at 20,276 miles. That was the date I purchased the car from the dealer. My paperwork and bill of sale when I bought the car stated the mileage as 20,776. I can only attribute this discrepancy to a typo when the dealer submitted the paperwork to the DMV. Unfortunately, I only caught this now when I put the car for sale and have no way of rectifying this. Keep in mind, the AutoCheck does not show an odometer rollback.
The Carfax shows the correct mileage on 4/13/2015, thus negating this discrepancy.


EDIT2: The car was in a minor fender bender where I was rear ended in stop and go city traffic. The body shop replaced the rear bumper. It was repaired at Autobahn Collision Center with a lifetime warranty. I have uploaded a photo of the damage.

My family has grown and I recently purchased a car that will hold two rear facing car seats. I need to make some room in the garage and sell my M3.

I am the second owner and I've had the car for about 5 years now. The car is a Southern California car.

The car is a 2011 E90 4 door sedan in Jet Black with DCT. The interior is black done in Novillo leather, with the Carbon Leather option trim. The main options included are Competition Package, Comfort Package, Cold Weather Package, Premium Package, Technology Package, Navigation, Harman Kardon, with additional details listed below.

The modifications include 40% Huper Optic Ceramic tint and upsize Michelin Pilot Sports in 255/35/19 front and 275/35/19 rear.

Buyer will take care of all shipping costs. I have paid off the lien on the car and the title is en route from the CA DMV. I will smog the car prior to sale to a California buyer.

Included is a transferable Safeguard Platinum Extended Warranty valid until May 2020 or 75,000 Miles. The car currently has 48,520 miles and has been parked in a garage until sale.

I am asking $30,000.
