There's never a shortage of e9x cars for sale in the spring/summer so I'm guessing winter time then? Does that make sense?
Spring time. Aim for March ideally.

It is not...would be S752A.

I think it depends on the decoder that you use...my official paperwork from BMW also says 0752.

This site suggests there are three options. The high end system was branded with different names at different points in time. My car has a center speaker, eq, and the logic7 setting, so I assume I have the premium system that was at some points called “individual audio” per this site ... so I’m leaving the description as is...

I don't believe it matters, to me it's just a timing issue of serious buyers versus tire kickers. When I sold my last M3 I expected 2 months of time, it sold in 2 weeks and to the first person who came and looked at it. He was a serious buyer though. I have a tendency to go overboard when selling something though, I had the complete service from day 1 listed in chronological order (service receipts photocopied so he could take them to review, originals I kept until he bought the car), the spreadsheet from Drivvo printed as well as on a USB stick, the car was detailed, ceramic coated with a PPI pre done, all rod bearing parts and maintenance items you would do when doing a rod bearing job we're in the trunk ready to go, by this time I had stopped driving the car basically solely under the pretense to sell it. The guy who bought said he appreciated all the answers before asking the questions. He knew right away the car was well looked after and he was an enthusiast with an E46 M3 already in his driveway amongst other cars. He didn't haggle and he bought my HRE rims which in hindsight I regret selling now. Anything related to the car he bought. It was an awesome experience for selling and buying, so the season doesn't matter as much as having the car listed and waiting for the serious buyer.
