Yes, I know it's really small, but its no bother for me.
My M3 Vert is already at my dealer, I will get it as demo car in about 4 weeks. So I have a lot of time to arrange a couple of modifications, most things are now already purchased. Now I'm looking towards to a sound upgrade of prem sound pack, 'cause I think I wouldn't be happy with only adding an Amp and two SWS-8. Therefore I ordered the ski bag and would like to mount a "true" sub in the trunk. I like deep bass . I've driven it many a time, once for a whole week, but now, why didn't I think of taking pics from trunk inside ? Quote:
#1 is exactly what I'm looking for (s.o.), so I think there will be enough space to mount a subwoofer directly behind the ski bag . If ne1 has plenty of time, I shall be delighted to get the height from trunk floor up to lower edge of divider ... |

If this car was my daily driver, I would b*tch, but the trunk is fine for me.

only if you are traveling alone. if you had to go with a wife or girlfriend, it would be nearly impossible. and even then, the suitcase is going to have to be very slim.

The trunk issue seems a rather minor inconvenience to me. With top up, it's more than adequate. If traveling with luggage, on those trip segments with the top down, you do have a rather large backseat to carry your luggage. And the back seat folds relatively flat for a proper cargo space.
The bottom line is that there is far more luggage capacity top up or down, than in the average convertible, most of which are two-seaters.

This is my custom sub/amp install, I actually had the sub from my old E46 330ci, and it happen to fit perfectly, side to side, top to bottom!

You clearly made the right choice however, if you need to fit strollers in your trunk, or you take your car to laguna seca every weekend |

i've owned both soft top and folding hardtop
no comparison give me the extra weight any way soft top sucks ok sure its lighter but hey a corolla is lighter than an M3 but you don't see me running out to get one the quietness and isolation you get with a hard top is worth any extra weight |
