Deciding to get a e90 m3 or not

I emailed the client advisor and told him there is $4,000 dollars worth of equipment missing.
1. I would bite the bullet and do 55800 out the door with NYC taxes and all fees paid.
2. 56669 after tax and fees (this is at $51,500) but include a maintenance program for the life of the CPO.
3. Take back my lease which is only 478.88 a month and at $56669 ill do the deal.

They denied all three options quickly and reimbursed me my deposit.

The search continues for my dream e90 m3.

It sucks that the dealer would not play ball with you. However, there are e90s that show up on eBay, Carmax, and Autotrader almost daily in the mid to upper $40k range. I would just keep scouring those sites until you find the car you want. It may take some patience, but sooner or later, one will come around; especially since some e9X owners are moving on to the F80/82 model.

I don't want any over 20 k miles. I settled for one with 8600 miles with CPO fully equipped. I know I'm overpaying by 1800 but I don't mind it when it comes with individual leather as well
