Our new wheels are not made by Rays; they're manufactured for us under private contract. Definitely can't argue with you in regard to the quality and price combination. They've just come into stock recently, and we have several outbound customer sets already. We should have direct user feedback very soon, and I'll be sure to start a TA16-specific thread soon.

Well given that an Apex rim is about $260, and the tire that's mounted on it is about the same price, it's not too bad if it bends, especially if they will replace for half price.

Photos are starting to come in, one of them pretty hilarious if you follow our social media pages, but this is the first official photo of them mounted on a car. Just happens to be Greg Smith Racing:

Nice looking wheels, I'm quite tempted if I decide to buy a 2nd track set. Also, go Greg go!

I don't think I have anything that precise. I have a human scale in the bathroom but I doubt that's going to cut it

Should be close enough. Then weigh your other wheel as base

My arc8s are mounted so I won't be able to compare them. I'll do a few measurements with the TE:AL wheels

For those wanting the weights, we should be able to get those official numbers listed on our site very soon, as well as some updated photos with the new Gloss Black version SYT_Shadow just ordered.

I was searching the other day, and stumbled upon a Facebook post of a guy unboxing his 18x10.5 et27 TE:AL wheels. He posted a few images, including the one below with one of the wheels on a digital scale. 20.8# is very impressive for a wheel of this quality. (The comparable Apex ARC-8 is listed at 20.45# ... factoring in differences in scales and measuring techniques, I'd expect that they're roughly the same weight.)
