JB Speed hood vents any good ?

Hi,
I just purchased OEM type hood vents from JB Speed factory.
I am wondering if anyone else has these and how's the fit & finish ?
They are 1 piece black ABS Plastic and both appear to have open holes, which
Is fine with me.

I could only find cheap CHINESE SHITTER ones before that need a lot of fab.
Work to fit (see pics).
