F/S OSRAM CBB HID Upgrade in D1S

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
Sold

Item Interest
Up for sale is currently the best HIDs you can buy, the OSRAM Cool Blue Boost (CBB). They are the 3rd iteration of the popular Cool Blue Intense (CBI) HIDs. OSRAM worked their magic and gave us a LED colored bulb without the high kelvin penalty in lux output. Basically, they are 7000k, but still light up the road! You get both looks and performance.

Why am I selling? Because I like to waste money and try stuff . I purchased a set of Philips Xtremevision gen 2 bulbs. I'm supercharged, and changing the driver side HID requires removing some supercharger parts... so I'm not swapping the CBBs back in as I'm currently too busy for that.

The bulbs have ~50 hours on them, as I don't drive my car at night much.

$Sold in the US. If you find it for cheaper on ebay/amazon for D1S sized CBBs, it's probably fake. If you are a serious buyer, I will give you the authenticity code on the package and bulbs, which you can verify here.

Some videos other people made on the bulb:

most likely fake. they're sold by "Auto Light Industry Inc. (US SELLER)". they should be closer to $250.

I don't think OSRAM sells direct. On the right where you "add to cart" it says "Ships from and sold by Auto Light Industry Inc. (US SELLER)." You can still buy fake stuff on Amazon. I'm not saying that Auto Light Industry sells fakes, it could be real.

I know mine are real, as you can enter the authenticity code and serial number into OSRAM's site and it checks out.

Sold sorry guys.

These are a very nice upgrade from stock. Improvement in color and brightness... just make sure you buy real ones from legit sellers.

Regret is setting in.
