M3 e92 2008 DCT
ESS VT2-625
Around 60k miles

I change the dct transmission with pentosin FFL-4, not in BMW Authorise, in aftermarket workshops
after that i go to track , only one lap and i found transmission fault said limited gear selection only can choose 2 and 4. So i go to pit and restart the car ( turn off and on) and all the fault gone. So i enter track again (only one lap) and then fault appear again after that i go home i drive hard In highway no error code appear only appear at track.

Skip to 1:40 the fault appear

So i bring to BMW authorise dealers to scan and check found error code
5A41:
Fault text DKG: Pressure sensor, clutch 1: total failure
Fault description Clutch 1 Pressure Sensor Plausibility due to Sensor Drift

5A44:
Fault text DKG: Clutch 1: incorrect pressure
Fault description Clutch 1 Hydraulic Circuit Pressure Too Low

After that Services advisor said lost pressure usually is because lack of oil , and than they top up 1 ltr oil transmission and clear codes.

After that i bring it home the car and try to drive hard WOT several times. No problem at all

Afternoon i driver hard again and NEW problem appear there is rattle sound in my transmission this is first time I experienced this
But after that, everything fine again no error code on dashboard. Shifting in manual and automatic all is fine no jerky no problem at all.

2 hours latter i drive the car again try to find out the rattle problem will it come back again so i drive hard again I think after change gear from 2 to 3 the car is restart headunit and speedometer restart and the transmission rattle again.
After that as usual its fine again.
About the restarting problem experience this long time ago it appears if in the high way bumpy road sometimes it restarts like this

After arrive at home i scan and there is error code
S 0106 no communication possible with gear selector
S 0180
I Attached the pic of error code

Anyone experienced this 3 problem, (transmission fault, transmission rattle, head units and speedometer restarts i think whole system restarts)

1st & 2nd pic is the first error code at track
3rd pic is the error code with restart and rattle transmission

your first shop underfilled and probably burned the clutches/over-heated mechtronics. i've stated this a few times that underfilling ruins the transmission. I spent over $5,000 because of a similar error. It is sad to read posts like this because a shop doesn't know how to correctly change the fluid with the correct tools.

When BMW AD top up its just missing 0.5 liter of oil transmission. I think no because of that

Try a new battery. They go bad after 6-8 years and then a lot of DME faults appear.

Your track error codes are similar to what I experienced. I switched to the slon DCT pan to solve that error code under higher g force / track turns.

Can't comment on the rest, I didn't experience that
