lost communication with fuel pump control module

Strange things happen i guess. As i was backing up into my driveway, this morning. I hit the gutter little harder than usual,a good bounce i guess. As soon as i hit it the car went into limp mode and with the usual x-mas lights coming on and misfiring and running rough . Pulled code U0109 with twelve more behind it. Code U0109 is lost communication with fuel pump control module.
So i checked the two fuses which are an 15 and 20 amp fuse i believe. I have no power to the fuses, even with it running.
So i like to check the relay but have no ideal where it is. Thought i would be by the battery but i see nothing there. I know there's a couple in the passenger side engine bay by the heater ducts but don't know who is who there. I would think though power would go threw the fuse then to the relay? Where is the module also?
Any thoughts before i start pulling things apart?

The fuel pump controller is under the right rear seat panels.

If there is no power to the fuses then you may have an issue with the Junction Box Electronics, however, if the pump has no power then the engine won't run. Has the battery cable recall been performed? The fuel system runs a variable speed pump with a dedicated communication line to the DME. If it loses communication it will run full speed as a fail safe.

You should properly troubleshoot the system using ISTA-D.
