ACM | E92 M3 Track Car | Brembo CCM-R + BBS FI-R + JRZ RS Pro

This customer has been building his E92 with us for a couple of years now. He started off with a supercharger and some carbon fiber aero, but the track bug bit him hard and he found himself frequenting more than he had initially intended. His mindset was to upgrade the car with highest caliber parts to improve himself off of, rather than going back and doing it twice.

As of late, some serious hardware has been added to this M3, so it was time to document it all here. There is still plenty more to come and we will be updating this thread so be sure to check back. Excuse the dirty car, he drops in between track sessions for more parts and tech inspections.

Amazing no expense spared build.

Just want to confirm that the heat exchanger in the bumper for the ESS 650 kit fits with the CSF Radiator, CSF Oil Cooler and CSF DCT Cooler. I always though they didn't.

Amazing. There maybe more cash in the wheel wells than the car is worth otherwise! But those brakes are super sexy. I call first dibs if there's ever a part-out.

Agreed on all accounts guys. It most certainly is kind of a "unicorn" build.

Both CSF and Do88 Cooling upgrades fit with the ESS heat exchanger upfront

Agreed

Amazing build! Why BBS FIs and FI-Rs? Any fitment issues on the FI-Rs?

whats up with the front brakes? did you have to push the caliper out a little with some custom brackets to clear the wheel spokes?

No fitment issues with either as the car is aggressively corner balanced at a higher ride height as the customer street and track drives in albany ny and at nyst. This gives him a lot more clearance than most of us that run a lower ride height

The Brembo CCM-R fits and clears perfectly on its own. Thankfully the 19" BBS's have an offset profile that clears both spoke and inner barrel areas. 19" Comps do not clear the caliper up front so we originally went with a set a track set of 19" TE37s. Even though they cleared the spokes fine, the inner barrel to outer caliper area was very very tight which led us to the FI-R and FI which gave us the strength, weight and clearance we needed
