I'm sure we can really get high on two wheels using the T3 inside kerb. The thing is like 8 inches tall.

Challenge... accepted? It'll end horribly, though.

Yeah, definitely cut in a little earlier than I'd prefer. But, having that shot makes up for it. It's my favorite track shot to show people when I want it to seem like I actually (to the untrained eye) look like I know what I'm doing out there.

It's the only car that reminds me of the E9x BMW right now, if you don't mind the manual transmission.

I haven't tried it but you may be able to use the code PTGHJTR172 for an additional 5% off order >= $199.

Was at VIR last weekend running in HPDE and the top 3 TT3 cars were m3's (2 e46, 1 e92). One of which is a forum member Jakob66 running consistent 1:59s both days! Congrats man!

Congrats on the new track record! I’m blown away at the speeds you are carrying through the uphill esses!

It took a year to talk my foot into staying down most of the way. I think the car can take it flat all the way past the last right hander.

I have to run at least 3018 per the rules. I have come in a few times at 3020 so I run an extra 25 lb lead brick for lagniappe. There is also an extra penalty for running below 3000 lbs.

forgive me if i've missed it, but what did you do to manage the weight? i know the e9x has a lot more weight to be stripped from the rear. is the e46 the same way? did you effectively move the weight from the front to the rear via ballast? this kind of stuff is interesting to me.

Here's a link to my build which provides some answers though car was somewhat stripped when I bought it. All in all 700 lbs has been removed from the car. Weight is probably 55F/45R. It's hard to get it 50/50 without adding a bunch of weight in rear.

have you ever done it before on accident? Is it really bad on the car? I hit it today on accident but the moment i did it, i shifted up. I felt a pretty solid hit coming from the diff area and then it smelled weird inside of the car for a little bit. Drives fine now, did not brake anything i guess but for sure shortened up a life of some components in there
