Cool video. Is that really how it idles? It's really smooth and that's not even under load
How long does it take to break in the blower? Looks like you guys are blipping the throttle to a few thousand RPM only

This kit is looking a lot nicer painted. I know it's just cosmetic, but this cleans it up a lot from the standard version

Very Nice. That green intake manifold reminds me of old school muscle car paint colors (Just got done attending Barret Jackson today).

Any power improvements from the new exhaust?

Our stage 1 VT1-535 and stage 2 VT2-575 / 600 are available now. Our DIY kit will be officially released by the end of the year for those that want to install the kit themselves or have a local shop install it for them. Our current introduction pricing is VT1-535 $8,995, VT2-575 $11,995, VT2-600 $12,495. The 535-575 kits are designed for 91 octane or better and the 600HP + kits are designed for 93 octane or better.

Our kits utilize air-water cooling with an oversized cooling core in the manifold. Our custom DME software has been designed for flawless intergration with the cars OBD system allowing all standard safety and emissions functions to remain. The software has also been designed to allow the OBD system to monitor the superchargers operation and inform the operator of any issues. For cars equiped with DCT we have written specific software to insure a seamless interaction with the engines increased power output.

I hope this answers some questions for those interested. I will post up more pics and vids of the production kit over the next several months to keep everyone up to date. If you have any questions on the kit please send me a PM or email.
Rom3n, Got some question for ya.

How many customers have purchased the system and performed their own install?

You mentioned in another thread that the DCT can only be programmed through the OBDII port. Do you send out the OBD cable, CMD Flash, and software so that the buyer can perform the software update?

Does the supercharger get its air from the lower right side air duct?

How many customers have purchased the system and performed their own install?

As of now all of our customers have optioned to have the kit installed by us or one of our dealers.

You mentioned in another thread that the DCT can only be programmed through the OBDII port. Do you send out the OBD cable, CMD Flash, and software so that the buyer can perform the software update?

The DCT control software is only accessable with an interface that we keep at our facility. A customer who wants our optional DCT software would need to bring the car to our AZ or Norway location. The factory DCT software works fine with our VT1-535 and VT2-575 when matched with our ECU software that has been designed to reduce power delivery during the DCT transmissions shifting. With the VT2-600 we recommend running the DCT software but it is not required. The optional DCT control software is designed to engage the clutch quicker and to speed up the shifting of the transmission for customers who desire a higher level of performance from the transmission or who plan on making 600+ HP.

Does the supercharger get its air from the lower right side air duct?

Air is taken in from the drivers side air duct directly below the blower.

Any other questions let me know.

And, for us at high altitude (~5000 feet), that's $9k (VT1-535) for an increase of 170-180hp!!

414 @ sea level.
360 (or so) at 5000 feet?
535 w/ ESS at 5000 feet?

Roman, is my theory correct? No more altitude-loss with the supercharger installed, correct?

Power loss with altitude will be the same as an NA car. What we can do is run slightly more boost to compensate.

I'm sure they'd be happy to offer that warranty if you want to pay Dinan-like pricing.

We do not offer a drivetrain warranty with our kits.

That being said if a customer had a motor failure while running one of our production kits installed by us or one of our authorized dealers we would have the car brought in for inspection. If we found the failure was due to our kit, an installation error or a tuning issue on our part we would take care of the customer.

Any plans in the future to give customers the ability to flash the DCT? I am currently using the Powerchip software. They sent me the cable, CMD Flash, and software to do flash my ECU through the OBDII port. I emailed them the stock file and they emailed me the modified version back.

How much is the DCT software or is it included with the 600hp kit?

The interface and process in flashing software to the DCT control unit is not as simple as it is with NA software. There will not be an option for a DIY kit. For customers that purchase a VT2-600 and send the car to us for installation we are currently including the software for free.
