regarding gintani sport exhaust
just got one gintani sport catback exhaust. The sounds is very beautiful and loud. I am thinking about the possibility of be pulled over by cops.
Will cop pull me over when I accelerate from 0 to 40mph and shif up under 3k rpm like regular drive? and what will happen and what should I answer if cop pull me over? |

I was running the Gintani Race (axle back) when I had my M3. I didn't get pulled over once because of my exhaust. I live in the valley, only issue was speeding
 lol. You shouldn't have any problems. |

he'd most likely stop you for tints or no front plate (if you have this as well) before the exhaust, however once pulled over they "might" add-on the aftermarket exhaust. but exhaust alone would be highly unlikely IMO

I was thinking about this thread yesterday as I'm driving behind some super loud, obnoxious Harley. You can hear that thing from 2 miles away. I had to roll up my windows it was so obnoxious.

how can the cop prove it's aftermarket?
I doubt they know what a stock M3 exhaust looks or sounds like...
