Are the fuel tank swaps between the f250 and f450 plug and play? Seems like a great upgrade.

Yeah pretty plug and play. I'm guessing turbo_joe has something like this - Titan Tank - real nice, much more capacity and still completely under the truck. I had that on my last 250 as well. On my 450 I have a combo fuel/storage box in my bed (not on yet in that pic I posted). Also nice but you sacrifice some bed space. On my flat bed 450 not a big deal - but on any short bed truck I would want to give up as little space as possible.

I probably wouldn't need it, but I love stuff like that!

I don't think they are since the standard bed and chassis cabs use different tanks/designs. The 60 gallon I have is the largest tank I have seen that uses the oem location.

Correct, I am running the Titan 60 gallon. Its complete plug and play with all the oem components and I don't lose any bed space. I did lose an inch or two of ground clearance but my truck is already lifted about 4"s

I was going to suggest something like that. My F350 had a transferflow 72 (iirc) gallon in bed tank along with the dual 18 gallon (PITA to fill) tanks. I could go over 1000 miles without filling up, not that I ever did. I did empty the back tank first to put all the sloshing weight between the axles. Transferflow took care of the rest by keeping the front tank full as I went down the road.

Looking for less expensive diesel was important when you filled everything up. Two to three credit card swipes later you were done...lol

Best part isn't the increased range, though it was nice, it was that I didn't usually have to fill the truck up with the trailer attached. Much less hassle.

Question for the time attackers running A052. fsmtnbiker I just got a set of 295 A052 for GTA. What hot pressure are you running, and what cold pressure gets you in that ballpark?

Adam @ Buybrakes might be able to get you a cheaper deal than that. check with him! I've been buying stuff from him for awhile now and can't beat his prices.
I just bought some hawks off tire rack and they were cheaper than this site with this discount code, just an FYI. I run DTC-70's

Or just buy from fcp and free warranty replacements! I'm on my 2nd set of hawk pads with a free replacement.

When you run oem calipers that's probably a fine choice. This being the track thread however.

Not having to fill up with a 30’+ trailer is very nice and being able to find cheaper diesel by waiting are huge benefits

Also, just realized Amir has been running square tires on that NSX. That's pretty wild.

And wow Dogbone made it!

Went out for some milk, came home with an order for a G80 M3 Comp as my daily driver.

Maybe my back is messed up but the carbon bucket seats are more comfortable for me than the standard ones.

Worked on a bit different of a project today while waiting for my endlinks (come Tuesday). I've always loved good angel eyes, so decided to add a set and black out the headlights. Wont help me go any faster but will at least look cool hammering down on the camaros
