Good Shop to go in Bay Area?

Anyone have input or reviews on these two shops:
MS Performance
Vs
Performance Technic

I’m trying to find a shop that can do regular maintenance on my car since all of my other BMW usually go to the dealership but I’m trying to find an outside shop for my E92 M3.

I haven't personally used PT, but there has been enough great reviews on them. Will be going there to do my subframe on my e46 soon

Heard great things about PT.
Members @playskool1 & @DanAvon are also local gurus who wrench on members’ cars. Together they’ve done my S65 bearings, S54 valve/vanos jobs, etc.

Here are a couple that were recommended to me last week, I have no personal experience with any of them yet. My plan is to give them all a call and see who I want to develop a long-term relationship with.

Silicon Valley Bimmer
VT Motorworks (old PTech guys)
PTech
Edge Motoworks
Alekshop

Ptech is solid. They've done a lot of work on my car and continue to be professional. You could do far worse and I drive 40 miles each way to go to them.

Some of the performance work they've done on my car:

VT Motorworks. No other shop I let touch my car. They are super professional, reasonably priced, and super nice guys.

Yes they do, shoot them an email for a quote!

I highly recommend them too, and have had my BE bearings done there.

We are happy to help with whatever you need. We've done quite a few RB services this last couple years as the cars are getting older. We can typically match pricing within reason. I know some shops mentioned do group buys and we used to do this, but now we just try to offer a great deal for the work involved.

All great solutions mentioned.

I've used PT - they are awesome. They did my PPI and do my regular check ups. I have also used Edge on occasion but they are always slammed with race prep so it's hard to slot in.

VT Motorworks does all my work. Great team and stand up guys. They've done everything to my e92 from the install of coils, exhaust, intake, tune up, alignment, and rod bearings.

They just changed my oil yesterday and inspected a tire leak, Wing is a solid dude. Will be going back there in the future.
