Hey guys, been a couple years and yes I still own my E90 M3. Unfortunately it has taken the back seat to my E46 M3 over the last little bit, but I thought I would restart this build thread.

As I have gotten older, I have taken a more OEM + look on my cars. I will continue to update the thread this summer as more mods and maintenance are completed. I just installed some new wheels and tires and this is how it currently sits. I am currently sorting out what to do with my front end (splitters) but will update further this summer. I think this is finally the year I do rod bearings as well.

Also, my E46 M3 build thread is linked below:
https://e46m3.bimmerpost.com/forums/....php?t=1708710

AG M359
Front: 19X9 et18 with 15mm spacers and 245/35/19 RE71R
Rear: 19x10 et25 with 15mm spacers and 265/35/19 RE71R

KW Clubsports are off the car and it currently sits on Swift Springs all around.

I think these cars and E46, E36 etc age best when taking the OEM+ approach.

When I see an old hazy headlight blackout and dusty black wheels and aftermarket exhaust on an old M3 I cringe a little bit now. But when I see one clean, well kept and an OEM look my jaw drops.

Yours is definitely a jaw dropper. Glad to hear it's still around!

I love your car man! I love the OEM+ stage as well.

I still watch that "Tuned E90 M3" video sometimes when i'm bored haha

BTW, how're you liking the ZHP knob compared to your old Macht Schell?

Thank you man. I can definitely agree with that. The mods always get old, especially with timeless body designs like these things.

Thank you!

ZHP over the Macht Schnell all day. That and removing the spring in my clutch pedal were the best mods for drivability I did.

Just an update for y'all. She is still alive and well.

Today I finally got around to getting the rod bearings completed and replacing both throttle body actuators. Happy I got the bearings taken care of and now I can finally enjoy the car. For the replacement I went with VAC Motorsport Coated bearings with a 0.25mm undersize.

I have done a few cosmetic modifications as well and plan on having a real photoshoot with it once I get it detailed.

OEM Style front splitters have been added. I got them painted Piano Black to match the rest of the trim.

Been a while. Had the car entirely resprayed in fresh Alpine White. Just got it back from a full paint correction and ceramic coat. Decided to take an even more OEM + look to the car and remove the high kick spoiler and all diffusers/spoilers.
