Apparently there were car's doing burnouts earlier and also Zelco heard some carry on at about 3 in the morning. Think it all got rolled into one. |

Congrats on the magazine Chris. Well deserved.
I saw you Adelaide Tce the other morning. I was running late to work but I paused to see the car turn right at the lights and accelerate up the little hill. Put a smile on my face on a Tuesday morning. In dash video looks Kray. |

Thanks all for the kind comments! Got a lot of ideas from this forum, really it's just bits copied from other cars I love from on here. Still a few little cool things to do so some more video to come.
The R type rubber and track 18s should be here this month so I'll get some good track footage soon as well. |

Love the car and modifications! I have one question to ask. How many miles did you have before installing the Gintani Supercharger kit? Also how many were driven after? Reason why i might supercharge my car when i hit 50k and wanted to see the reliability from owners that have/had put a supercharger kit after 50k miles of usage.

Hi buddy, car had 75k on the clock when I fitted it. 2000 or so k's after before the engine failed.
Here is what I learned. Have your oil analyzed, do not pass go, do not collect $200 until you have done this. It will tell you the state of your internals. Large companies will do this locally, such as westrack. Inspect your big end and change you're bearings, if the oil is ok, change your bearings, inspect your clearances and then test your oil again after 1k. Think about a thinner oil, after my analysis I may move to a thinner, more advanced oil. Tune and retune, don't settle with a stock tune, dyno and retune till everything is spot on. Plenty of posts on here with new and old motors, stock and modified failing. There is no silver bullet, just be careful and methodical. Hope that helps. |
