I honestly kinda of like the rims. I haven't really seen those on any cars yet. What would really look good though is a set of 20" LM's with matching grey centers

Yeah I know... I like originality like that and was thinking of something along those lines or something like some ADV.1's. Still undecided though...

I haven't posted much in a long while and figured I would share my latest experience with you all. Unfortunately early Sunday morning, 17 Nov. 2013, at around 5am, I was heading home and was struck by a red light runner going in excess of the posted 45mph speed limit. Judging as fast as he was moving, I would say he was traveling at approx. 60mph. The impact was so severe, that it spun me around facing the opposite way I was traveling and he ricocheted the opposite way traveling for another 75yds before coming to a complete stop into a nail salon. Needless to say I had to be cut out by the jaws of life and suffered only contusions to my left hip and kidney and a sprained neck. Thankfully as my windows exploded, since my windows were tinted, glass shards didn't go anywhere and suffered no cuts to the face or arms. Airbags did not deploy. As I am guessing from what I seen today, my car will be totaled since there are signs of buckling all over the front end and dashboard indicating the firewall is bent. There is water damage to the floorboard since It was raining out and the body shop says he does not feel right fixing it. The estimate is already at over $30,000 without seeing anything underneath. We will see more tomorrow as I meet with the claims adjuster. Anyways, here are a couple pics.

Yeah I feel fortunate. The thing that sucks is that it had barely 20,000mi on it and it was basically brand new still and in pristine condition with no scratches or dents, now it's done.

I don't know what I will do for another car, was thinking about an M4 but its too far out and need a car pretty soon. I might end up leaving the BMW scene or if I can find the "Right" E92 M3 again but even then I am extremely picky and will have to have little to no mileage what so ever, less than 5,ooo.

wow that's a very bad hit.

That car is 100% totalled, as most shop won't even touch replacing the floor and firewall. Unless the car was worth 1,000,000. Glad you're okay, that could've been bad

Crap good too see you were able to walk away from that OK. I lost my 328i this passed June because of a red light runner going beyond 60mph. Hope you get your next M soon!

I came across a red light runner too and something in my head went off like a fire alarm asking me to decreased speed. Maybe it was my senses saying it was at night time and seems awfully quiet at the intersection. So I slowed down as I was crossing the intersection and all of a sudden a red light runner drove right in front of me just by a shear inch!

So every time I cross an intersection it becomes 2nd nature to decreased speed n quickly look both ways. I guess just because its green doesn't mean its always safe!
