I believe it was Alonso who has an agressive turn-in style.

The 2007 McLaren is definitely looking better than last year's efforts, but again its too early to tell. Malaysia will be a good gauge of how far their reliability is with the heat and all. Of course Alonso & Hamilton helped, tremendously, Mclaren's efforts in Australia.

Well that's partly true. F1 cars are delicately constructed as it is. Yes, turn in is hard on the tires and front suspension but that has a ripple effect that ultimately affects reliability. Its crazy like that. For e.g. a hard turn in woudl cause uneven wear in the front tires which will cause vibrations which works its way through the suspension and onto the chassis, finally straight onto the mechanicals.

On a side note, what websites do you go to for F1 info?
I'm looking for telemetry data, lap times for each driver, etc.

with that said, I just hate SpeedTV. they miss on so much stuff and you end up
finding about it much later when you read the news.

yea that was a brain fart, but he did trash a lot of renaults

was it the mclarens last year that were failing just because of a hydrolic line or something that kept cracking becasue they were using metal ones instead of rubber or a diffrent team?

that was idiotic, and i think it was mclaren

I usually hit up itv-f1.com but I'm light on the stats so they might not do it for you.

Alonso all the way. I was hoping Alonso and Raikkonen would be teammates on McLaren, creating what I would call the dream team, but you wins some you lose some. This is definitely going to be an exciting season. I have a trip planned to Canada.

Oh, and for you hardcore F1 fans, I have Formula 1 for the PS3 and it is....WOW

That'll be the day! Ferrari's are red to the core.
Try and change it and the red will just bleed thru.
Better than that friggin pink McLaren had last two years.
Funny that didn't help them win.
