Yes, it has always been a no cost option on the E90 and E92 M3 here in the US.

This is consistent with the upgrades announced in the regular E90 LCI, i.e. updated material and textures in a few places.

For instance, this is what I have noticed:
- New chrome ring around headlight switch
- New chrome accent on cup holder doors
- Updated Start/Stop ring bezel
- Driver door window switches moved 2cm towards the rear
- Anything else?

Agreed. . .I still like the blacklines look on the M3 sedan. . .but like all new things it takes time. . .

Can someone photoshop the 19" M-Wheel onto it?

Already discussed above: its been an option on both E90 and E92 from day one, in US, Europe, and elsewhere.

I have always been planning to order mine without the spoiler.

So if there is any doubt what BMW thinks of the Fox Red with blue combo, here we can see they chose this to show off the newly added LeMans color.

I'm not sold. New iDrive controller looks out of place. I would like the new GUI though. I'm a GUI whore

I agree with this as well. I like the new idrive interface. But it's placement does look like it was just squeezed in there. They should of moved it forward alittle or anything. Just seems like the black housing around the sides of all the buttons is spilling over the edge of the panel slightly.

Looks like the stereo eject & seek buttons have been moved around as well. Also, I do not like the chrome accent on the cup holder...draws attention to an irrelevant part of the dash.

Who really knows until the US Spec is released.

Here here... I agree as well. The screen looks gorgeous, but that pile of buttons surrounding the new iDrive puck looks ridiculous. The whole concept of iDrive was to reduce the number of buttons and switches required to activate and control systems in the car. This new implementation of the iDrive controller is (IMHO) a step back, while the menu system and display is a huge leap forward.

i like the MMI-style buttons around the controlled. it doesn't appear overly complex and will be a nice way of shortcutting to certain programs.

I think I'd have to agree with that assessment. I like the simple aluminum dial of the current iDrive. Adding all the shortcut buttons seems very Audi-ish. I will reserve judgment on the iDrive changes when I get the opportunity to fiddle with it, but I never found the current iDrive to be cumbersome or difficult to use. I do admit that I'll use the iDrive changes as a negotiation chip on a 2008 M3.

the rear is not really an improvement, in my mind it will never be, i hope they come up with something better in 1 1/2 years, because when i get my bmw i don't want it to look like somebody just cut a little piece of a taillight off. looks really retarded and doesn't make any cosmetic or aerodynamic improvement.

Le Mans Blue looks awfully like the IB paint on my sedan. It could be just the pictures, but you could have convinced me that it is IB in those pics.

I actually like the old taillights better. As for I-drive, the current one is fine for me. Too many buttons on the new system.

No regrets in getting the 08 E90 M3 whatsoever. I waited long enough already and I'm not gonna wait another 3-4 months for an 09.
