Great time for sure! They started the M3 safety car up briefly before cutting it off. It sounded mean... I was kind of in a rush, so I never went up to the cars to take close up pics, regretting it now.

It's starting to sound cliche, but I'll say it anyway: your car looks fantastic. Congrats! I've owned two BMW's and have never done ED before. Your story/pics certainly make me want to re-consider doing this for my third, very soon.

Love the Akropovic exhaust on the 1M.

...actually, I don't know what they are either! Those were my ED Winter Tires. They had the ///M branding on them, however.

Once it was all over, the comp. package wells came back on.

I'm now thinking of sourcing the spoiler through IND and getting the lip of it done in Santorini, I figure I can always return it to stock if I don't like the look. Like I've said before, you really have to do it! I always laugh a little when my co-workers or non-car people in general ask why the hell I would go to Germany to pick up a car... It's impossible to put into words. I already miss Munich and can't wait to go back!

It took a lot of time (especially post-processing the shots) but I really enjoy the entire process. I'm happy that it got such a positive response and hopefully convinced a few people to do Euro Deliveries of their own.

P.s. nice Canon logo on your av! Shot most of those pics with a Canon 5D Mark II

Interlagos is a great blue, a good friend of mine has an IG E46 M3 ZCP. Great color, and you really don't see it on a lot of E92s for some reason. I'm half Greek and I'm pretty sure we have a genetic predisposition to liking blue. When I looked up the color's name, I was like, "eh, figures...".

Thank you, much appreciated. The E36 is almost all settled, my attorney should be receiving the paperwork for it this week. Now to figure out what to do with it, track car? I dunno... The car was pristine, I really want to bring it back to what it was.

Ha, you, me, and my insurance company! The exterior mods will be pretty mild, performancewise, I'm thinking a little more radical than the last car. 5.5psi of boost should do the trick.

When I saw the tourist plates on the car I figured it was coming to the US, and took the pics hoping it was an M3post member. Looks like I was right! Really happy you found them, and I'll be more then happy to send you the rest of the pics I took of it as well. Is your car going to be heading over on the Faust? I've been tracking it and it looks like it hits the port to pick up mine at Bremerhaven tomorrow, then port in NJ on April 19th!

I ate a lot of Italian and Mexican while I was there and a little Irish. German, not so much lol. The food at the Welt was really good though, I ate a ton on Friday and Monday.
