No offense, but in the earlier part of the day, you were holding up people (multiple complaints) on the track. I understand that Advanced group doesn't require a point by, but it's nice to still do it so the passer knows that you see them. Later in the day, I noticed you were pointing people by. Well, at least me. Just make sure you check those mirrors.

Overall, a great day. Advanced group had a lot of people there, some that really didn't belong. I have a picture of the times for a 12pm session and there was 3 cars with a 2:19+ as their fast lap. There was also an AMG Merc that signed up for Advanced I'm guessing because of his car and was obviously a n00b. Braking in the middle of Riverside doing what felt like 50mph. Ugh.

so far my plan is to just by a ton of the numbers for cheap and just use them up.
A little dust film and they still stick (magnets). I lose numbers every now and then and have to buy some new ones every year. The guy I go through gives you 2 sets of 3 digit numbers, so I just run #22 so I have some extra numbers.

I saw your car last week when I was leaving the car wash in Santa Clara. It looks fantastic! I was going to stop and say hi but I didn't see anyone by the car.

Might not have been me. I don't remember being in Santa Clara last week.

2:19+ in Advanced, lulz.

All I got was a damn hot dog.

Speed District does move people but the sign ups aren't well regulated. Car is the same one in my sig.

Ahhh, I see some familiar names in the top 10 list. Those are good times considering that it's a noon session on a very hot day.

Fully agree with you on the point by in advanced group. It's nice to get one going into a turn so there's no question if the car in front saw you or not.

I was there at the event in advanced and had a great time. Lots of track time at Speed District events My suggestion to make the event even better would be to put a lap time cutoff for each group. This would help avoid 50mph cars in Riverside.

Anyway, back on topic... Here is one of my favorite track picture, trying to explore the best line through the corkscrew. For the record, this was not the best line Being serious now, braked a bit too late over the bump just before the turn, ABS ice mode kicked in, ran out of braking room, and here is the result...

They publish the names on the website. The picture wasn't to brag, it was to show the times that clearly don't belong. A 2:20 after 5 laps doesn't belong in the advanced group and you're WASTING people's money. That, and it's dangerous.

Awesome picture!

I agree with you on the lap time cutoff, that would be a nice change. There's nothing wrong with being slow, just need to be in the correct run group. I remember your car, love it. Great driving!

Wow, that's definitely a ass pucker moment. I had my own ABS ice mode incident and it could have ended badly. You coming out to TH next week?
