Any DIY Tutorials On Replacing The Felt Undertray?

I bought parts 20, 21, 23, 25 from the attached image. I'm wondering that since 20 has 2 of part 25 on it is buying part 25 extra? Also, we cannot figure out where part 21 goes. My old Undertray is thrashed and that part was missing so it isn't a good reference. I searched for the past hour+ but cannot find a tutorial. I was hoping for something with pics. Thanks!

21 is a plastic ducting behind the oil cooler that directs air downward and out the bottom of the main felt piece. it doesn't come off with the felt and unless damaged, you don't need it.

25 is probably a rubber seal that goes under 21. you probably don't need that either, just send it back if it isn't torn up.

just buy the front big piece, the two side pieces, and maybe 4-5 of part #17's. those fasteners sometimes get stripped when the felt gets thrashed and they are so cheap, they aren't the same. same with the screws. pick up a few extra.

if you were local, i could help. its pretty easy though.

A few pics of inside. Please note that I have extra bolts because I was attaching a splitter.

I don't see part 21 in your pics. Was that not needed?

i believe it is attached to the oil cooler. the seals on the top of the center vent (pictured) press up against the bottom of it.

So that means it's not likely to have been thrashed... more just parts 20 and 23? Makes sense since I cannot find any bolt patterns that are anywhere close to matching. I appreciate all your help.

Did you only have the bumper off to add the splitter or is it required to replace the aero panels?

I threw mine away recently, I still have the bolts though from the old one if anyone ever needs them, put them in a plastic bag.
I replaced the all of the velvet pieces with the Turner Motorsport Aluminum Skid Plate - E9x M3.
I just saw it's on sale right now for 10% off.
I feel much better with this aluminum protection on the front bottom of the car.

E92 Skid Plate rubber strips x 2

Recently bought the Turner skid plate and I don't have the 2 long looking weather strips or rubber seals to transfer onto my new Turner skid plate.
Does anyone have these for sale?
Does anyone know the part number?
