Getting tire rub... suggestions?

Just out on a new tire (265/35 19) and getting slight tire rub on front passenger side with slow roll turns in garage. Just noticed a trim bulge on the inner wheel well on the passenger side. Isn’t on drivers side.

That’s the wrong size for the front. People have cracked fenders running the stock rear size up front.

If you want to stick with it, the fender liner will self-clearance after a while

265/30-19 is the correct size for the front, which is 26mm shorter in overall diameter which will give you 13mm more clearance compared to 265/35-19.

It may self-clear over time, but as mentioned you run the risk of additional damage if the suspension compresses enough with just the right (wrong) amount of steering angle.

Hope this helps!

Well that sucks. Can I still use the same wheel for a 265/30 as the 265/35?

You can certainly use the same wheel. A 265-width tire generally works best on a 9.5" wide wheel, but can also be used on anything from 9" to 10" (and sometimes wider depending on the tire) without issues. The sidewall height itself (the "30" number) has no effect on which wheels can be used.

Not exactly correct.

265/35/19 has a rim width range of 9 to 10.5"

265/30/19 has a rim width range of 9 to 10"

Tire Manufacturer's recommended range ^. In other words the 30 series does affect which wheels could be used.

The taller sidewall of the 35-series allows it to fit in a wider wheel. I personally think 10" is the sweet spot for a 265/35 tire as it provides more sidewall support and increased tread width compared to a 9.5". Plus it's not stretched. I would still choose a 10" for a 265/30 if given the option.
