If you are new to the track, you should just keep the on MDM mode.
As soon as you get used to race like condition, you should always use the TC off. That allows you to learn how to drive properly. The TC in M3 is way too smart, it will forgive pretty much whatever mistake you have made, which is not a good way to learn driving.

But it's a safe way to drive

Yes, I know. That's what I did earlier. BIG MISTAKE. It took me a long way to understand it.
Again, I would say keep the TC on all time before you feel comfortable.

Yeah you should keep it on until you are comfortable

Also, the problem is that there are cars around you so it can get out of hand easy....

there are at least 3 safe places to pass. turn 2 after the long straight, turn 8 (cause a lot of people cant get the double apex right), and the last turn if they open up the skid pad section (you put the power down first, you'll win in the drag race going up the straight).

but ya, thats a lot of cars in the same session. i would be so frustrated since it would ruin your time.

Hence why for the May 15th, I want enough people to sign up so we have our own session!
